Diaphanous day

Lungs get smaller

Not able to breath the feeling

Your mind it’s tricking you

I should be doing my nails

Navy blue the color

For the vibrant week ahead of myself

The lips are sticky

Because your mouth it’s dry

Your mind it’s tricky

I should be thinking strategies

Against the chauvinists at the office

To challenge them up at the Monday’s meeting

The stomach gets smaller

No appetite the feeling

Your mind it’s pushing you

I should be getting up

Getting the so needed shower

I should be grateful as the day seems diaphanous out of the window pane
